I was expecting gourmet food, not what felt like leftovers. oh, and would it have been too much to ask for a room upgrade considering I faced these inconveniences? I almost left a glowing review but just couldn't!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a convenient location just a short walk from Hollywood/Highland and easy access to the outdoor swimming pool, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions.

if you enjoy having to deal with poorly trained staff who can’t comprehend simple questions, this is your place! also, get ready for surprise charges on water bottles, which were apparently $40! i would have expected complimentary refreshments for the price i paid. very unfortunate i couldn’t give a good review. what a letdown.

Perfectly located, we snagged a room with a view of the Hollywood sign! It was clean, spacious, and had a cozy vibe right in the heart of all the attractions.

But, the lobby felt like a mosh pit during peak hours, and I almost mistook the valet for a circus act with those prices!

Unfortunately, the parking situation was quite frustrating. Valet parking was exorbitantly priced at $60 a day, and the self-parking option became complicated, with additional costs if you left the lot. Moreover, the surrounding area was a major concern. we encountered unsavory activities right outside the hotel that made us uncomfortable, especially at night.

The rooms are large with incredible views of the Hollywood sign, and the welcoming staff made checking in a breeze. The heated pool is fantastic for families looking to unwind after a day of exploring.

The noisy service elevators disturb the peace, and the dated room furnishings could use a refresh. Even the breakfast options are limited and leave much to be desired.

The hotel was perfectly located for our group, making it easy to access popular tourist spots like Universal Studios and Santa Monica. We enjoyed our spacious room with two double comfy beds, and the views of the Hollywood sign were absolutely breathtaking. Plus, there was a liquor store nearby and a couple of casual dining options, which made everything super convenient for our group outings.

The location was perfect for attending a film festival, just steps away from the theaters. Staff were exceptional, especially at check-in, and the poolside area was a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day.

However, accessing the property by car was a bit confusing. And a little update to the carpet in the hallways would certainly enhance the overall appearance.
