The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a quiet room and allowing us to check in early. the room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable furniture and toiletries. the bed was excellent, especially for those with back problems. We also enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast, and the price we paid for 2 nights was very reasonable. the location was convenient for our needs, close to the rail station and a short walk to the city center. it was a great experience and we have no reason to look elsewhere for our next stay.

Even after we checked out, one of the staff members who checked us in made the effort to come over and chat with us. the location was convenient and easy to find, and the rooms were comfortable. Another highlight was the delicious English breakfast that was constantly being replenished. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to guest safety, such as providing an anti-slip mat in the bathroom.

Sure Hotel Collection offered a great alternative to our usual accommodation in Derby. the room was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. the location was very convenient, being only a short 10-minute walk from the city center and close to the train station. the room and bathroom were a good size, and the hotel had a good internet connection. the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff even accommodated our request for freshly poached eggs.
