I had a fantastic time at this elegant boutique B&B. The location by the fountains and the river was stunning, and I loved spending time outside in the lovely terraced garden. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had excellent facilities. The bed was super comfortable, and I woke up to beautiful views every morning. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided top-notch service. The swimming pool, hot tub, and games room were great additions to the overall experience.

The TV remote didn't have batteries, which was a small inconvenience.

The rooms were spotless and immaculately decorated, with attention to detail that surpassed some 3-star hotels I've stayed at. the breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious, definitely worth the money. the attention to cleanliness and the high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel was impressive. the Japanese figurines in my room added a charming touch, and I loved the little balcony with a bistro set, perfect for sipping morning coffee. the directions given by the owner were accurate and useful, making it easy to find the hotel.

The early check-out time, but the owner kindly offered my wife access to the pool, steam room, lounge, and bar area for as long as she wanted. the only other minor issue was that the jacuzzi wasn't working properly, with a few broken bits.

The hot tub and steam room were a great addition to my stay at Hamble Retreat Studios And Lodge. I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning gardens and the breathtaking outdoor seating areas. The games room with the roulette wheel and pool table provided hours of fun. The luxury suite I stayed in was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The honesty bar had a good range of drinks and added to the overall experience.

I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel initially, but once I followed their directions, it was easy. There were a few issues with the lighting in the garden, but it didn't detract from my overall enjoyment.

Plus, we discovered an amazing restaurant, Nook Eating House, just a short drive away. a wonderful experience!

We also enjoyed the beautifully maintained grounds and the swimming pool. It was like staying at a luxury resort without the high price tag. We would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn't much we disliked about this place. the only thing worth mentioning is that it was a bit of a walk to get to some of the nearby bars and restaurants.
