this hotel is definitely not what I expected, suprise suprise, dirty mud on the reception floor until the next day! and those sausages at breakfast? don’t even get me started, they were just horrendous! I would’ve though a welcome gift would’ve been nice but I guess I woudl ve been asking too much for good service like that.

i had to ask for a new key twice (not fun when you're in a rush) but the room was bright and clean with a larger tv than expected. breakfast had plenty of choices and was really filling. location was perfect for exploring bath (but away from noise).
