The grounds were lush and the view was spectacular. The fresh fruit provided for free was delicious. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and rarely crowded. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I had a comfortable stay at Banyan Tree, a special Vegan Retreat center. The garden bungalows provided a peaceful sleep with the fresh air and sounds of birds. The 2 Bedroom apartment was spacious and homelike, with a full kitchen and outdoor balcony for breakfast. The grounds were lovely, with a hot tub for relaxation. The staff was amazing and the location was ideal for a peaceful retreat.

Peaceful and authentic with great ocean/coastal views! We got the Kahuna Room last minute, thanks to Rae's kindness. The hot tub with ocean views was amazing and the sanctuary was perfect for meditation. Benjamin, the owner, serenaded us with his guitar and we even explored the lava flow cave for deep meditation. The shared bathroom was always available and everything was clean. The open-air kitchen and living space with stunning views were a highlight. The free fresh fruits and nuts were a delightful surprise. The location was convenient and the peacefulness of the surroundings made for a restful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a beautiful retreat in Kona and had such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The property was surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquility was truly amazing. The rooms and amenities were perfect, and I loved waking up to the sounds of birds singing. The communal kitchen had everything I needed, and the salt water pool and hot tub were so refreshing.

I must mention that the property was a bit isolated, and it was a long drive to get to any nearby attractions or grocery stores. Also, as a non-vegan, the vegan-only dining options were a bit challenging for me.

The pool was refreshing and the room was comfortable with its own mini-fridge and bathroom. The private lanai provided separate access to the pool area. We enjoyed picking fresh fruit from the property and the location was conveniently accessible by car.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints at all.

The best aspects of my stay were the stunning views and the incredibly friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me and even upgraded my room for a special occasion. The grounds were also amazing, creating a relaxed and wonderful atmosphere. The room and balcony were lovely, providing the perfect space to enjoy the surroundings.

Our room was quite noisy due to neighbors and some aspects of the room were outdated. Given the high price of the room, we expected a more modern and renovated space.

We loved our time at the Banyan Tree Sanctuary Guest House! The peacefulness of the area and the breathtaking ocean/coastal views were absolutely amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the host and enjoyed the free fruit collected from the grounds. The clean and open-air kitchen with great views was a bonus. we had a wonderful and authentic experience here.
