We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here are absolute stars and were so friendly and helpful, providing us with the most amazing service even during busy times. The rooms are beautifully styled with comfortable beds, and we had a great night's sleep. The location of this venue is perfect, situated in a lovely wooded area on the outskirts. Additionally, we enjoyed the welcome drink and the room amenities were superb, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we had a delicious dinner. The staff here really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, and we highly recommend this hotel to families.

We loved the beautiful hotel with its clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were amazing, especially the night reception gentleman, Sal, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the hotel's own English breakfast. it was a great experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and nearby attractions. It made exploring the area much more convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide information when needed.

I recently stayed at the Hand And Spear for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with the town center and railway station just a short walk away. The room was clean and well presented, equipped with a coffee machine and mini bar. The outdoor areas were lovely, especially with the gorgeous weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. Speaking of which, the restaurant was superb, offering a delicious menu and excellent service. Additionally, the hotel had free and safe parking right next to it, which was very convenient.

Everything was fantastic.

We stayed at Hand & Spear for a night away from our regular routine. The facilities in our room were excellent, including a Nespresso coffee machine and bath robes. The staff, especially Beth at reception, were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection and the food quality was perfect. The bedrooms had their own individual style and I loved the added touch of speakers in the bathroom. a 10 out of 10 experience!
