Great views and comfortable beds. the breakfasts were the best we've had in years of travel, and the tapas was exceptional. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the coffee shop attached to the hotel was a great addition, with friendly staff and a stunning view of the harbor.

Some noise from the street for light sleepers. the lack of tea and coffee in the room was a bit disappointing.

The location was perfect, being next to the bus station and within walking distance of Porthminster beach. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the reserved parking was a great benefit. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us a cup of tea upon arrival and providing great tips for exploring the area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view of the harbor. The room was comfortable and had a great view as well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave me a free drink voucher upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Additionally, the free parking behind the hotel was a huge plus, especially since parking in this city can be difficult. The hotel also had a lounge area with a record player and vinyl records, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location close to the train and bus stations, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay. The hotel is conveniently situated near several beautiful beaches and shops, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had stunning views down onto the harbor. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful team members who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast served was consistently delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered great facilities such as a parking area and a lovely dining room with breathtaking views.

The occasional noise disturbance from the window in our room, as it was a bit rattly and caused us some interrupted sleep on a few nights.

Harbour View House Bed & Breakfast has the most relaxed and chilled vibe. The perfect location for exploring St Ives and conveniently close to the train station. The parking facility adds to the stress-free experience. The rooms are newly renovated, fresh, and airy, with beautiful views of the harbour. The breakfast is delicious, and you can even enjoy it right downstairs! The owners, Ant and Georgia, are super lovely and the interiors are dreamy. A truly wonderful stay!

The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to all the sites. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The Airlink 100 bus provided convenient transportation to and from the airport.

We had an amazing stay at Harbour View House. The view of the pretty harbour and bay was breathtaking. The owners, Georgia and Ant, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was superb and the coffee was excellent. We can't wait to come back and recommend this Boutique Hotel to friends and family. a fantastic experience!

Felt cozy, exceptional service.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the town center and beautiful swimming beaches. the newly renovated rooms were fresh and airy, and the views of the harbor were breathtaking. Being able to enjoy breakfast and coffee downstairs in the mornings made our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

The room was a little on the small side and the windows could use some replacing. there were some minor issues with the reception and amenities, such as no one being there when we arrived and no tea or coffee in the room.

We had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel with a stunning sea view. The owners were welcoming, and the atmosphere was delightful. The Supper Club with a 4-course meal cooked by the incredible chef Coco was a highlight. The breakfast was delicious and the tapas menu was tasty. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Having a parking space below the hotel was very convenient.
