I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Irvine. the value for money paid was unbeatable, especially considering the great location just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The room, with its ensuite bathroom, was spacious and had all the added extras one would expect. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, breakfast was included, and the spread provided was delicious and satisfying.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was fantastic, especially considering the welcome basket filled with treats like beer, wine, and cakes. The location was also a major highlight - being close to shops, pubs, and even a beach made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a microwave and fridge.

Only minor suggestion - a bit more privacy in the room for changing would have been ideal.

The location by the harbour is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and on the ball with cleanliness. The spacious and well-maintained room with a comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. To top it all off, breakfast was included and provided a great start to our day.
