Despite the run-down state of the lagoon pool, I found it a refreshing oasis in the heat of Townsville. the hotel's location close to the Strand and city center made exploring easy. the accommodating staff and modern room decor added to the enjoyable stay. the gardens were beautiful, and the proximity to landmarks like Jezzine Barracks and Castle Hill Lookout made family bonding time memorable. the relax facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding. While some improvements are needed, overall, a pleasant experience.

The 2-bedroom apartment felt cozy and homey, making me relax instantly. the veranda offered a lovely view, and the aircon in each bedroom was a lifesaver for a hot sleeper like me.

Bunk beds were a bit squeaky, but some might find that endearing.

the resort is equipped with everything guests need to work out, without the hassle of joining a gym. the two saltwater lagoon-style swimming pools provided a relaxing environment for everyone. the location of my room was decent, and the bed was indeed comfortable. the resort's excellent location and lovely swimming pool added charm to my overall experience.

The shower experience was absolutely terrible, with difficulties washing off soap.

I found the location here to be excellent, with a nice swimming pool and lovely gardens. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to family living nearby on the Strand. the service was also great, with amenities like dry cleaning, air conditioning, and free toiletries provided in the room. the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, without a doubt.

we had a fantastic time at seahaven resort. the pool and restaurant were excellent, the cleaning staff were top-notch, and the location was fantastic. our room was clean and spacious enough for our family of five. the grounds and facilities were pleasant, and finding a parking spot was easy. overall, a good price for what we received.

Omg, 🤩 loved being so close to the beach and rockpool! room was comfy, but heard noisy parties next door sometimes 😔. Staff were super sweet and went extra mile for us. Totally recommend for a chill vacay! 🏖️.

I felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of during my entire stay. the experience was delightful and relaxing, with the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.

The rooms were newly upgraded, the beds were comfy, and the location was spot-on. the pools were a great spot to relax and the gardens were lovely to stroll through. My only tiny gripe was the lack of space for three adults in our room, but it didn't spoil the overall good vibes 😊.

The property boasts large rooms near Kissing Point Fortress and a scenic shoreline walk. Clean tennis court and convenient room service. Beautiful gardens, ample property size, and a well-received bathroom renovation. Enjoyable kitchette area and peaceful location.
