stayed overnight in liverpool and had a fantastic experience at a hotel next to the cavern club. rooms were covered in beatles memorabilia. delicious breakfast, comfy bed, and helpful staff.

Light switches and plug sockets didn't work.

I really loved the location of this hotel, right in the centre of town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the attractions and shops. The service at this place was exceptional, especially the receptionist who was incredibly accommodating. They even had anniversary balloons waiting for us on arrival, thanks to Eric the doorman. The room was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a smart TV. The hotel itself had a cool Beatles theme and the music playing throughout was a nice touch.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was exceptional, with the room spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-adapted room for disabled guests and the best disabled bathroom we have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel also offered helpful parking at a discounted rate of 30%. The location was brilliant, with easy access to many interesting venues and attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us during our stay.

Great location for shopping, nightlife and sightseeing. Rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Cocktail bar had a good selection and accommodating bartender. John Lennon themed room was a nice touch for fans. a enjoyable stay.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. It was in a fantastic location - close to all the Liverpool highlights and within walking distance to pretty much everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay was spent in the center of the city, which made it easy to explore every corner and enjoy delicious cuisine. The location placed us within walking distance of several must-visit attractions and tasty spots, while the taxi ride from the train station was quick and efficient.

There were not enough comfortable chairs in our large L-shaped room, which made having coffee or tea less enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time listening to live music in the bar area. The musician, Johnny Perry, was incredibly talented and made my stay at the hotel memorable. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the city. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The location was great, right in the heart of everything. He was so friendly and welcoming. The room was also really comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly liked the jacuzzi and live entertainment.

wifi was spotty

We were upgraded on arrival to a room on the 5th floor with a fantastic view and a huge balcony. The staff were wonderful and made our stay extra special. The location was great, and the hotel had a nice friendly staff, lots of memorabilia, and lovely cocktails. My partner especially recommends the afternoon tea!

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay overall. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. the location was central to everything we wanted to see and do, and we enjoyed taking in the local sights on foot. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed in our spacious room.

Our air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room too warm at times, and although we reported it to staff, it was not resolved.
