I was wonderfully surprised by my recent stay at The Inn At Cheltenham Parade. The location was perfect, right in the town centre but away from the busy area. The staff were friendly and even arranged a birthday surprise for my mom. The room we stayed in, called The Lodge, was a cute cottage across the road from the hotel. It had all the facilities we needed, including a TV, kettle, and even a mini fridge. The breakfast in the morning was decent, although a few items could have been better. it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
