As low-budget travelers, we loved the hotel's excellent location near the train station and within walking distance of Manchester attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities including a gym and a patio to relax on.

I stayed here over Christmas and it was a delightful experience. the location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the shopping district and great restaurants nearby. the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with spotless rooms and public areas. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and ensuring I had a pleasant stay.

Although my stay was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor downsides. breakfast was a bit chaotic, with guests scrambling for food.

It was just a minute's walk to Canal St and a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly station. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including an iron, safe, and free-to-use Apple PCs in the lobby. The hotel staff, including the manager and reception staff, were friendly and even offered a discount on food and drink for Pride pledge band wearers. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.
