Why didn't I try this sooner?

What a delightful surprise! The classic double room offered exceptional comfort, while the location was unbeatable—right in the city's heart. Breakfast was a culinary treat, and the staff went above and beyond, even delivering my food to my room late at night. I can't wait to return!

Had a lovely time at the piano bar for afternoon tea. the staff kept our tea flowing and the food was fresh and tasty, definitely felt pampered! Also, dinner was fantastic, my chicken curry was a standout and that panna cotta was out of this world! !

Despite this, the attentive staff provided outstanding service, making the experience enjoyable overall.

The bathroom privacy could be improved. some noise from outside was noticeable early in the morning.

absolutley horrid visit! woken by the cleaner at 8:30, only to be disturbed again at 9:30. obviously communication is not this hotel's strong suit. also, I can't believe there were no stairs to the top floors, as if I'm supposed to feel comfortable in a lift. I really expected better treatment for what I paid, but guess that was wishful thinking.

The hotel is perfectly located for checking out the Titanic Quarter, and we really enjoyed the spacious rooms. The beds were super cozy, making our family stay feel refreshing. One colleague from our group mentioned how great the nearby shopping was, especially in Victoria Square.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have better noise control during early mornings.

Enjoyed a beautifully designed room with a fantastic view and incredibly comfortable bed. The friendly concierge made our experience even better, and the assorted muffins at breakfast were a delightful treat. However, the glass walls around the bathroom were off-putting, and I found the bathroom to be small with insufficient towels. Overall, the location is great, but some upgrades are definitely needed.
