The hotel's prime location in the center of the city provided easy access to the observatory, where guests could enjoy amazing views of the surroundings. The staff at the Seahorse restaurant provided excellent service, ensuring a perfect dining experience. Additionally, the room had a comfortable bed with fluffy pillows and sheets, and the bathroom was extremely clean and modern. The hotel also offered a seamless check-in and check-out process.

The lack of opening windows in the rooms was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the city center and we felt safe walking around even at night. The rooms were fabulous with great city views from the 14th floor. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the warm weather. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had beautiful fresh flowers throughout which added a nice touch.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in a fantastic location in Belfast. The value for my money was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, and they made sure I had a great experience. The Observatory bar was amazing, and their cocktails were fabulous. The young man playing piano added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options available.

Two complementary facts were a big plus. the room was spacious and had a stunning view, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm weather. the observatory bar was the cherry on top, offering an unforgettable experience.

The lack of hot water was a minor drawback, especially when taking a bath. Another downside was the long queue at check-in due to only two people being on the desk.
