I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Falmouth. The location was perfect, not far from a beautiful beach and close to the center of town. The attention to detail in the simple but stylish bedrooms was impressive, especially with the small window offering a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Plus, the breakfast included delicious mushrooms that were a delightful surprise!

The staff at The Sandy Duck were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast, especially the wonderful porridge, was absolutely fabulous. The location was also convenient, being close to Falmouth Uni. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is ideally located just a short walk away from Gyllyngvase Beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. It is also conveniently situated near the town center, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice teas, coffee, and water provided. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. Guests even get to enjoy a freshly baked cake daily. The hotel's attention to detail and quality sets it apart from others in the same price range.

The decor is a bit dated, but considering the excellent location and overall quality of the hotel, it is a minor issue.

Beautifully renovated building with contemporary rooms and fabulous views. Excellent, friendly staff. Lovely touches like homemade cake and well-stocked tea selection. Comfy beds, great showers, and top-quality toiletries. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

loved our longer stay at Sandy Duck! The modern decor was beautiful, breakfast freshly prepared, and staff so welcoming. The sea view from our spacious room and bathroom was awesome. Water pressure for showers was great. Highly recommend and will return on our Falmouth trips!

We had an amazing stay at the Sandy Duck! the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We loved the fact that everything was within walking distance - the beach, restaurants, and shops. the room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was so relaxing and luxurious, making it the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We will definitely be returning!

The staff was really friendly and informative, always looking to help us out with recommendations and advice. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the attention to detail in the decor. the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of local products to choose from.

The room we stayed in was a bit smaller than we expected, and the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped. the location was good but a bit of a walk from the town center.

The view from the window seat was stunning, allowing me to enjoy watching boats and birds pass by each morning. The breakfast options were fabulous, and I had the pleasure of trying almost everything on the menu during my 4-day weekend stay. The hotel staff, who may also be the owners, added a personal touch to an already wonderful hotel experience. I can't praise The Sandy Duck enough and I'm already looking forward to returning.
