Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean, AC kept a nice temperature, great recommendations in the book, comfortable beds and good layout of kitchen suites, prompt resolution of broken fridge issue, excellent customer service.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the convenient location near Hwy 97, allowing easy access to Vernon and Armstrong. Shops, restaurants, and Ricky's Restaurant are all just minutes away, and we enjoyed a 15% discount at Ricky's. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff was friendly. a great value for the price.

Traveled for a few days with my family. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location with organic store and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway. The hotel was clean and our suite was spacious. Good value for a new, well-maintained hotel. Loved the full kitchen and the table was perfect for meals. Enjoyed the provided rain gear for our beach walks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was good during my stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to have a wider menu selection.

We had a great stay at Best Western Pacific Inn. the room was perfect for us, being on the ground floor made it convenient for my elderly mother and our dog. It was spacious enough for the four of us, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant on the property was a bonus. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We stayed at Best Western for a week on vacation. The one bedroom suite was spacious, with a well-outfitted kitchen unit and a comfortable living area. The bedroom was also large and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The beach walks were fantastic, especially with the excellent rain gear provided by the hotel. great value and highly recommended!

Totally recommend this hotel!

The location was great since it was close to many good restaurants and shops. the room was very comfortable, plus the TV reception was perfect. One thing that I really enjoyed was how quiet the rooms were compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

one of the elevators had a spill that went unattended for several hours, which gave a poor first impression of the hotel. Staff should improve their performance and take quick actions when needed to ensure a better guest experience.

We had a great beachfront location, perfect for enjoying walks on the beach. The hotel provided rain gear, which was a nice touch and added to our experience. The rooms were nicely appointed and offered good value for the money. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the tub in the room was deep, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, exactly like the pictures. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Good morning greetings from the maid staff. Front desk provided extra pillows for my swollen legs and even offered to get ice. Exceptional customer service! Quiet room with comfortable bed and pillows. Great beds and bathroom. Good layout of kitchen suites. Prompt resolution of broken fridge with compensation.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe during my visit. The hotel was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with clean rooms and plenty of space. The location was perfect, with a grocery store nearby and a restaurant onsite, making it incredibly convenient for dining options. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vernon.
