As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the convenient location near Hwy 97, allowing easy access to Vernon and Armstrong. Shops, restaurants, and Ricky's Restaurant are all just minutes away, and we enjoyed a 15% discount at Ricky's. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff was friendly. a great value for the price.

I had a great experience at the Best Western. the beds and bathroom were excellent, and everything was very clean. the layout of the kitchen suites was well-designed. What impressed me the most was the quick response from the manager when our fridge broke down. They promptly resolved the issue and even reduced the price of our room to compensate us for the inconvenience and spoiled food. a budget-friendly hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Best Western provided a clean and comfortable room with a spacious layout. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tub was deep, perfect for a relaxing soak. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was well-stocked, so we didn't need to bring much. the location was great, just off the highway and very quiet. Ricky's restaurant, which is attached to the hotel, offered a discount to guests, making dining convenient and affordable. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The location was great since it was close to many good restaurants and shops. the room was very comfortable, plus the TV reception was perfect. One thing that I really enjoyed was how quiet the rooms were compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

one of the elevators had a spill that went unattended for several hours, which gave a poor first impression of the hotel. Staff should improve their performance and take quick actions when needed to ensure a better guest experience.
