The Haymarket Hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning decor and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect for exploring popular attractions like Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Special mention to Amin, who was an incredible concierge and a pleasure to interact with. The hotel's attention to detail and thoughtful touches, such as the handwritten welcome note and complimentary chocolates, made my stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious and the guest-only honesty bar in the library was a cozy and nice touch.

The hotel was amazing! the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who gave us a tour of the hotel and its amenities. the restaurant offered delicious meals at a great value and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby theaters.

There were a lot of stairs on the floor which was a bit inconvenient. Initially, the breakfast room staff's attentiveness was not up to par, but it improved throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Haymarket Hotel, Firmdale Hotels. The room we stayed in, room 311 on the 3rd floor, was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The queen size bed was so comfortable, we had a perfect night's sleep. Despite being located in a busy area, the room was very quiet and we didn't hear any road noise. The service from the staff was outstanding, from the friendly and professional concierge who gave us a tour of the hotel, to the waiter in the Brumus restaurant who provided excellent service during our pre-theatre dinner. The hotel's decor was stunning throughout and the swimming pool looked fantastic. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and hope to return again soon. we had a wonderful experience at Haymarket Hotel, Firmdale Hotels and we highly recommend it.

The highlight of our stay was enjoying the pool and then indulging in the heavenly gin and tonic and dips at the bar. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, unlike some other sterile hotels. Returning to our room, we found a lovely bottle of pillow and room mist, a thoughtful touch. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the exceptional breakfast was the perfect way to start our day.
