The breakfast was outstanding, with a French press coffee and a delicious full Scottish breakfast. the location was great, with plenty of nearby shops and places to eat within walking distance. the room had great amenities like a fluffy robe, sherry, slippers, and coffee.

The room was quite small, making it a bit cramped for a romantic escape. having to share a bathroom was not ideal for a romantic getaway.

Great communication about dietary requirements. Friendly owner, even offered a bag for my early departure. Good size room, comfy bed. Scottish breakfast and avocado toast were delicious. Some noise with open windows.

had a great time at a lovely b&b in moffat. hazel bank exceeded expectations with warm welcome, exceptional breakfast, comfy beds, and even complimentary sherry. will definitely stay again if in the area. highly recommended.
