The room we were given was on the ground floor close to the front door. At night, we could hear people coming and going, but it didn't go on past half past nine. The staff were brilliant and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of muesli and juice to choose from. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the light switch next to the bed and the complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with a wide variety of options available. it was a great experience.

The limited TV channels available, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

The breakfast at Hazeldene Guest House was absolutely superb. The homemade bread and preserves added such a special touch to the meal. It was definitely going the extra mile in terms of service. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a decent shower and even an alarm clock. The location was also excellent, with the town of Perth just a short walk away and easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Sterling. Plus, the hills and lochs were within reach for a day trip. The off-road parking provided a safe place for my car. it was a very nice and welcoming stay.

The only slight drawback was that the mini fridge in my room didn't cool below 11C, so it wasn't really too useful. Additionally, better lighting and a working shave light in the shower would have made a difference.

I got excellent value for my money at the Hazeldene Guest House. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the restaurant district and close to beautiful walks on Kinnoull Hill. The staff treated me warmly and were very helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was the food itself. The selection was fantastic, but the homemade bread really stole the show.
