We had an amazing stay at the hotel over the Chinese Spring Festival. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious apartments made our experience incredibly comfortable. the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large playground on level 8 with sandpits, swings, and a trampoline that our kids absolutely loved. the staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our visit.

I keep coming back here for my romantic escapes. the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, laundry, a pool, and great dining options. I always feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at Shanghai Centre Serviced Apartment. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, which made it perfect for my family. The fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer dryer were a big plus. The daily cleaning service ensured that our stay was always comfortable. The breakfast delivered to our room was a nice touch, although the limited choices for kids got a bit repetitive. Access to the Portman Ritz Carlton gym and pool was a great bonus, especially for the kids. The on-site supermarket and other necessary services made everything convenient. Plus, getting taxis was always easy. I highly recommend this apartment for families looking for an excellent stay in Shanghai.

Great location with two nearby metro stations and plenty of restaurants, ATM, and supermarket. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. a convenient and comfortable stay.

Great apartment option with modern furnishing and daily service of fresh towels and water. Access to a gym in the same complex added to the experience. Fantastic location, with a supermarket, deli, Starbucks, and burger restaurant amongst many others all at the same place.

Facilities and furniture seemed dated, with limited breakfast options available at only two shops. Accessing the pool was complicated, and staff was not helpful.

This hotel provided exceptional service and exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were all top-notch. the beauty treatments and massages were of the highest quality. the luxurious room was spacious and featured a beautiful garden area. the restaurant had a delicious variety of food that was expertly prepared.

The only minor issue was the lack of a seasonal outdoor pool. this was offset by the other amazing features of the hotel.
