Parking was a bit of a challenge as there was limited on-street parking available. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned beforehand.

We recently stayed at a hidden gem called Heather Lea Guest Rooms and we were pleasantly surprised. The family room with the London bunk beds was a big hit with our girls. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, away from the busy promenade, and the tram stop was just a 2-minute walk away. We also loved the little coffee area that our daughter Leah turned into her own little cubby. Tina, the landlord, was amazing. She even gave up her parking space for us. Thank you, Tina, for making our stay fantastic!

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. Tina, the owner of Heather Lea, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was excellent, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere perfect for a married couple like me and my partner. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding, and all the fabrics and materials smelled fresh and clean. I appreciated the straightforward entry and check-out policy, as well as the complimentary coffee and snacks provided. The location of the hotel was also excellent, away from the main stretch of the promenade, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. I highly recommend Heather Lea to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay there again when I return to Blackpool.

The family room was perfect for our young kids, with adorable bus bunk beds and fluffy teddy bears. The manager was lovely and recommended a delicious local cafe for breakfast. The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Easy access to Blackpool via the tram. Good value for money. a fantastic break with my family. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located not far from the sea front, making it convenient to go for a stroll by the beach. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

My partner and I stayed at Heather Lea for a weekend getaway. Tina, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, bright, and had all the amenities we needed. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. We loved the delicious breakfast and the convenience of the tram stop being just a short walk away. a lovely guest house experience.
