i had such high hopes, but alas, my room was directly facing a demolition site—charming, right? also, the breakfast staff treated me as if my VIP status was imaginary. how do you forget someone's breakfast reservation? woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary gesture to make up for the inconvenience. absoluteley won’t be coming back, despite the 'delicious' cold eggs.

you woudl think they’d know how to handle noise, but nope! the grinding from the nearby building started at dawn, keeping me awake. also, having to deal with mosquitoes because they leave the windows wide open is just too much. i almost thought about giving a good review but then i realized i got no complimentary gesture for my troubles.

We love staying here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to the port, making our early ferry catches a breeze. The spacious room had a large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, made our stay super comfy.

We did notice that the air conditioning could use some improvement.

We stayed in the newly built section and everything was spotless. They packed us a breakfast to go since our ferry left super early! I loved unwinding in the sauna after a long day, and the steam room was a fantastic bonus. The walls were a bit thin, so bring earplugs for a quieter night’s sleep! 😊

The location was quite convenient for our ferry trips, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, especially with the kids' needs. We loved how spacious the rooms were, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and relax.

My kids wished the air conditioning worked better.

When I checked in I was surprised how spacious the room was even had a nice sitting area and a decent shower. Staff was incredibly helpful with organizing a taxi after my late arrival getting me translated with the driver.

It wasn’t exactly a budget option but still reasonable for what you get.

Our room felt a bit sparse—where was my reading lamp? And let’s just say, I wouldn't call it a 'tropical paradise' when it’s 31°C upon arrival!

Loved our stay! The hotel’s super cozy and the decor is on point. We really appreciated the comfy double bed – felt like home. Only wish there was a kettle or something for hot drinks in the room. Oh, and check out the nearby pastry shop for breakfast. their pastries are amazing!
