We had a wonderful stay at Hedley Villa. the location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the main shops and bars on the other side of the river. the guest house felt like a homely and comfortable place to stay. the proprietor and hostesses showed exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. the other guests were also respectful, polite, and friendly. the breakfast provided was delicious, and they even accommodated my partner's lactose intolerance by providing oat milk. the staff were considerate, welcoming, and struck a perfect balance between professional and personable. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

The hotel was also very clean and had excellent facilities. We were provided with a parking permit and were able to easily park our car outside. It's situated in a quiet residential area, but still within walking distance of everything in the city center. I loved being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions without having to worry about transportation. Another great aspect of this hotel was the service and staff. The landlady was so lovely and genuinely interested in her guests. She even left a thoughtful birthday surprise for one guest! The rooms were nicely laid out with basic amenities and the beds were really comfy. Plus, the breakfast was exceptional, especially the delicious Full English breakfast. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay here again.

I had to go to Leamington on a business trip and I found the most pleasant accommodation. the location was great, very close to the town center and the train station. I had free parking, which was a great advantage. the staff was extremely friendly, they made me feel very welcome. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the breakfast offered was varied and met all my needs.

That the stairs were very steep, and I had a bit of trouble carrying my luggage.
