The most amazing hostel. Very clean and comfortable. Cooking facilities and lounge are excellent. Babs was an amazing host and incredibly helpful. I loved the log fire and garden area for relaxation. the River Helmsdale, the Emigrants, and Timespan Museum nearby added to the family bonding experience. A truly exceptional stay, highly recommended.

The dining facilities at Lodge Hostel were top-notch! From the perfect picnic area to the cozy outdoor dining space, it was a foodie's paradise. Nearby eateries like Thyme and Plaice and the Garrison served up tasty fare with that local flare. the fresh and seasonal ingredients added a tasty twist to every bite.

We hit up the local spots for some sick entertainment vibes - Hotel Triplets Rock Show and Family Fun Zone had us living our best life! the hostel had everything - chill lounge, epic cooking setup, and clean rooms for squad sleepovers. No need to pack essentials - they got you covered, trust!

Yo, only downside was we wished for a late-night hangout area with music and cool lighting for us young party animals. Keep the party going, you know?

We had the most amazing stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, just a short drive to our family in Brora. The rooms were cozy and quiet, despite being on the roadside. The facilities were spot on, with a modern kitchen and ensuite bathrooms. The manager, Marie, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations. The secure bike store was a plus for us as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

That there was no oven in the kitchen.
