we recently stayed at city express by downtown and had a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and located conveniently close to the bus stand and train station. we enjoyed delicious and affordable meals, and the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards were top-notch. we were even allowed to store our luggage and utilize the lounge after check-out. a truly pleasant stay with minimal frills.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the bathroom was spotless, and the towels and linens were fresh and sanitized.

One area that could be improved is the room service. Occasionally, it took a few reminders to get what we needed.
