Great location, delicious breakfast. Lacked air conditioning and the room felt warm at times.

Waking up in that elegantly decorated room was a delight! Staff were lovely, even offering personalized advice about local restaurants. Breakfast had varied local options and was quite generous.

However, the cleaning standards missed a few details. my bathroom had a hint of hair from a previous guest, and it took a while for some requests to be addressed. Parking was also tricky, as spaces are limited.

absolutely terrible stay, the tiny 'cosy' room barely fit the bed, and don't even get me started on the filthy bathroom. I expected some sort of upgrade or complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, yet was met with dismissive staff. It would’ve been a decent stay, but I just couldn’t recommend it!

What a charming little spot! The stylish decor in my room and the cozy atmosphere truly made it feel like a delightful retreat. Plus, the convenience of being so close to all the local attractions was just the cherry on top!

However, the noise from the squeaky floors and thin walls made my romantic evening feel more like a sitcom episode. Not to mention, the chilly draft from the windows had me contemplating a career as a penguin!

We had an awesome time at this place. The staff were super nice and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast was great, and we loved hanging out in the lounge area. We checked out the Roman Baths and the beautiful park nearby, both perfect for groups and families. Would totally recommend this spot for a fun getaway.

Noise disturbances from outside can be bothersome!!! The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot during my stay!!! Cleansing issues in the bathrooms need attention!!! Parking options should be clarified up front!!!

Fab stay with awesome breakfast!

We had an amazing time! The breakfast was to die for, with all sorts of homemade goodies. Staff were super chill and welcoming, like old friends. The room was spacious but got a bit hot during the day since there’s no AC. Also, the outdoor dining area was nice for relaxing after exploring the city. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was fabulous, made to order and fresh. Our room had lovely little touches like homemade biscuits, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially letting us refresh after our half marathon.

I really enjoyed my cozy room and the lovely breakfast with tasty eggs benedict served in a charming setting. I relaxed in the lounge area and appreciated the mini fridge to keep my snacks cool. A small downside was the shower, which took a moment to get the temperature just right, but it didn’t ruin my experience. Definitely check this place out if you're in town! 😊
