The hotel offered complimentary mince pies and hot chocolate, which was a nice touch during the festive season. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the room had a TV with lots of channels to choose from.

The room was very cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. the bathroom was in need of some serious maintenance: the toilet seat was broken and the shower kept going from scorching hot to freezing cold.
