highfield in keswick was a fantastic stay. the complimentary afternoon cake and coffee was a delightful surprise. the staff were helpful and attentive, and the cumbrian breakfast was delicious. the location was perfect, close to town but peaceful.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the beautiful town of Keswick. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both Derwentwater lake and the high street. My second-floor room had a lovely view overlooking the golf course and the lake, which was a great way to start the day. The comfortable double bed and modern bathroom with a strong hot shower added to the comfort of my stay. The highlight, however, was the delicious cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Keswick.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the centre of town and with stunning views down the Borrowdale valley. The rooms are comfortable and offer lovely views of the lake. The bathroom is reasonably large for a boutique hotel and the hot powerful shower was a welcome bonus. The breakfast, served with a backdrop of stunning views, was substantial and set us up for the day.

The location of this hotel was brilliant, only a short walk to the centre of Keswick, with beautiful scenery when sat outside the hotel having a drink. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable with modern bathrooms.
