the whole experience was superb, staff, food, location, ambience. absolutely superb would stay there again most definitely. marston's inns exceeded my expectations in every way.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is just off a motorway junction and close to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and functional with comfortable beds, and the bathroom is tidy. The staff provide amazing service, and the breakfast at the restaurant next door is enjoyable. the rooms are spacious, and there is no noise disturbance from any construction work nearby.

The staffing numbers at the hotel have been cut drastically, resulting in poor reception service and chaotic restaurant service.

The value for money at Highland Gate was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say it was great. The location was perfect as it was close to the motorway exit but far enough away so there was no road noise. The pub next door had amazing food and the service was top-notch. The staff here were amazing and made me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious, very clean and had excellent amenities like air conditioning which was perfect for the summer heat. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel is located in a convenient business park area, close to a great safari park and reasonably priced restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful staff who are always there to assist. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from.

The bathroom lacked shower gel in the dispenser, so it was necessary to squeeze it from the sink.

I had a great stay at Highland Gate, Stirling by Marston's Inns. Checking in was a breeze, even though I was running late. The hotel is new and located next to a pub. The car park felt safe and secure. My family and I were given a spacious, clean, and quiet room on the ground floor, just as we had requested. The bathroom was also excellent, with a hot shower and good water pressure. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast the next day was delicious. it was a fantastic stay and great value for money.

We had to travel into Stirling to find appropriate meals, which was inconvenient and stressful for my son. I complained to the manager, who apologized and promised to send vouchers, but they never arrived.

Found a cozy place to stay for the weekend around central Scotland. Conveniently located close to Manchester and easy to reach. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and kept clean. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and on-site parking.

There were some aspects that detracted from our overall experience. there were no signs to remind other guests to keep it down late at night, which meant noisy neighbors kept disturbing our sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The attached pub was great for dinner and drinks, and the prices were excellent value for a family room.

The only minor inconvenience was that the rooms were separate from the pub, so there was a short walk to the restaurant for meals. On rainy days, it would be helpful to have a coat handy.
