Well-designed room, comfortable beds, excellent shower and bathroom supplies, close to JR station, good local restaurants.

Everything was fantastic.

great location, close to train and subway stations, able to explore Tokyo easily. Room was spacious and comfortable, exceeded expectations. Onsen was a highlight. Staff was helpful and stored luggage for early arrival. Lots of dining options nearby, like Komeda's coffee.

Shower floor too slippery.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location near the subway and JR Yamanote line. The 24-hour supermarket and coin laundry service were very helpful. The staff were friendly and communication in English was no problem.

No english instructions for equipment and it was difficult to communicate with non-english speaking front desk.
