great location, close to train and subway stations, able to explore Tokyo easily. Room was spacious and comfortable, exceeded expectations. Onsen was a highlight. Staff was helpful and stored luggage for early arrival. Lots of dining options nearby, like Komeda's coffee.

stayed at apa hotel sugamo ekimae for one night and it was fantastic! comfy bed, clean room and the best part was the non-condensed bathroom mirror. also, the location near sugamo subway station was convenient for exploring tokyo.

No english instructions for equipment and it was difficult to communicate with non-english speaking front desk.
