The room and premises were spotless and very pretty. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. the breakfast was excellent and arrived quickly. the staff member we spoke to was friendly and nice. the big room with a big super king-size bed and the spacious bathroom with a roll-top bath and lovely big shower were enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. Despite being on a steep slope, it is worth the climb as there are many nice restaurants nearby. The conservatory in the hotel is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with little added touches like bottled water and mini toiletries. The breakfast offers plenty of choices and is delicious.

The hotel lacked proper communication and guidance upon check-in, which could have been improved.
