I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ravenna. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and helped me with any issues that arose. For instance, when there was a break-in in my car, the hotel staff quickly assisted and resolved the situation. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a baby bassinet at no extra cost. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the train station and a short walk to the city center. I felt safe walking around at any time of the day. The value for money at this hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ravenna.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main station, making it easy for us to navigate around the city. We were also pleased to find that it was within walking distance of the historic sites and monuments we wanted to visit. Additionally, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a large balcony and a private bathroom. We were very satisfied with the value for money, especially with the breakfast included in the rate.

Great location near the train station and walking distance to the historical center. the breakfast was really tasty with a great self-service selection including pies, sweets, yogurt, and more. It was also a clean and comfortable stay.

The bed was not very comfortable and made of leather which made it feel too hot. the staff was a bit casual in their approach and the Wi-Fi was not reliable in some parts of the room.

the hotel's location next to the train station made it incredibly convenient to carry my heavy bags filled with camera equipment. the hotel's close proximity to historic sites like Rocca Brancaleone and Dante's Tomb made exploring the city on foot a breeze. the bathroom and room were well-equipped and practical, with helpful features such as lights that could be controlled from the bed and a small light near the entrance door.

The lift was a welcome addition, especially after a long day of exploring. Despite the hotel's modest exterior, the interior was clean, bright, and had up-to-date decor, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The proximity to the main attractions in Ravenna meant that I could easily walk to all the sights without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the room I was given exceeded my expectations, it being an upgrade from the one I initially booked. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the large bathroom and good supply of hot water in the shower. The breakfast choices may have been limited, but it was perfectly adequate for me, and the coffee was satisfying. Hotel Minerva provided excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and convenient stay in Ravenna.
