We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and tidy. The view from the breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast itself was delicious. The staff, especially Catherine, was very nice and friendly. We loved the cozy living room with a fireplace and a big TV, perfect for relaxing. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms and had a spacious parking area. it was a pleasant place to stay and we would highly recommend it to our family.

We stumbled upon Hillview Park Bed & Breakfast by chance and it turned out to be an absolute gem! As three travelers, we initially planned to stay for one night but immediately asked to extend our stay for two nights upon arrival. Catherine, the owner, warmly welcomed us and showed us to our spotlessly clean and spacious room. the twin room was huge with lovely countryside views and a modern bathroom. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Catherine was incredibly accommodating, taking our breakfast orders and bringing it to our rooms each morning. She even provided us with helpful directions and information about the area. We would highly recommend Hillview Park Bed & Breakfast and would definitely stay here again.

hillview park bed & breakfast in beauly was a delightful surprise. spacious apt with comfy beds & cozy living room. breakfast brought to room & kitchen stocked with essentials. owner fetched us at train station. perfect location for inverness bus. exceeded expectations.

Pristine clean and upmarket decor. Excellent view of the countryside. Comfy reading chair and desk in the room. Warm and welcoming host. Easy onsite parking. Convenient location near Inverness and Black Isle.

We stayed at a lovely B&B for two nights called Hillview Park Bed & Breakfast. the owner was friendly and accommodating, giving us a spacious room with great views. the breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient, not far from Inverness or other dining options in the area. We found the B&B to be reasonably priced and would definitely recommend it to others. a wonderful stay!
