Exceptional place to unwind by the outdoor fire pit seating area and enjoy good conversations with cheerful staff.

the room layout was excellent with a desk partition, giving good space to relax. the hot water in the shower was almost non-existent, just lukewarm.

Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast options were a bit limited. Enjoyed easy access to bicycle rental nearby.

We found the hotel conveniently located near both a fantastic restaurant and the Mobile Tennis Center, making it easy for us to enjoy great meals and attend events. The spacious layout of our room added to our comfort, and we appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff who provided helpful local information.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

The large double queen room was spacious and perfect for five adults. It had a sofa bed, walk-in shower, microwave, and fridge. The outdoor swimming pool was enjoyable, and the fitness center had great equipment. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Roma, were super attentive.

Had a braw stay, the room was a pure delight with a spacious layout. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, but the sofa bed was a bit dirty. Breakfast could've had a better spread, but overall, it was a good experience. Would return!

Shanette at the front desk was so kind! Offered me tea with honey right when I checked in, felt like such a special touch. Room was comfy and had a lekker layout, perfect for the kids to play around.

Just one thing, a bit noisy from the common areas at times, but overall, no major issues.

We spent a fantastic time here with our partner and kids! The pool area was awesome for the little ones, and the spacious rooms allowed everyone to spread out. The staff was incredibly friendly, just like during the holidays when Ms. Roma made our stay memorable.

For dads, it would be great to have a snack bar open later.

We visited Springhill Suites By Marriott Mobile West while helping our daughter move for the summer. Courtney at check-in was thoughtful and offered us a better rate, reflecting good guest service. However, there were issues with room linens that took too long to resolve, which could improve. This hotel is great for families and offers a convenient location near local attractions.

loved the dry cleaning service and the breakfast spread was top-notch with all the meats! the staff were friendly and made our stay super pleasant. plus, the hotel is close to lots of dining spots.

wished room cleaning was more frequent. 🌟
