Exceptional spa services and accommodating staff.

My experience at Occidental Taksim Hotel was quite disappointing. The breakfast was mediocre at best. the area was overcrowded, and it took a long time to find a clean table, which should have been a simple task. Additionally, one of the lifts was out of order during my entire stay, leaving us to lug our bags down nine floors by the stairs at checkout—a stressful way to end our visit. Overall, the hotel lacked warmth and charm, feeling more like a cold business setting than a welcoming place for travelers.

I appreciate the hotel's central location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and with easy access to airport shuttles. The breakfast offers a great variety and is always fresh, making mornings enjoyable. Additionally, the swimming pool and sauna provide nice relaxation options after a busy day.

The room cleaning service can be inconsistent at times.

The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly at the front desk. The location is just minutes from Taksim Square, making it ideal for exploring the city.

There were issues with room allocation, as I was placed in a subpar room upon check-in, which diminished my experience. Unexpected charges for minor services also added frustration.

The staff at the front desk were super lekker, especially Sami. He really went out of his way to sort my Uber mess. And the brekkie spread? Just the right vibe to start the day!

the location of occidental is unbeatable, just steps from bustling streets filled with shops and eateries. the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially wafa at reception, who made our stay unforgettable. breakfast was diverse and satisfying! 🥐✨

My stay was comfortable. The staff were helpful in providing directions. I appreciated the complete breakfasts. the chef attended to every detail. The location was great, with easy access to shops and cafes. One morning, the cleaning service arrived early, which did not disturb me at all. I felt at home during my time away from New York, enjoying the modern space and amenities. It was a nice escape for a single traveler like me.
