Great location near Edge ware road station and city sights. Executive lounge access provides amazing breakfast, lovely afternoon tea, and evening drinks with a wonderful view. Friendly staff in the lounge. Reception and bar areas are lovely, and our room had a fantastic city view.

Amazing location with easy access to the underground station. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby and business areas were recently renovated, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. There is also a spacious lobby bar and a great casual dining option, Herb n Kitchen. The hotel has ample conference space, making it perfect for business travel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was on point, and the mattress and duvet provided some of the best comfort. The location was ideal, being close to tube stations and within walking distance of Hyde Park and many nice restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with free WIFI and a lovely foyer decorated in a Christmassy theme. Getting around this city was a breeze, thanks to the easy access to the underground.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds at the hotel. They were cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel also had friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I did not like. the bathroom in the room was quite dated and in need of remodeling.

As old people, we appreciated the comfortable room and daily cleaning. We loved the central location and excellent transportation options nearby. The selection of restaurants and welcoming staff added to the overall experience. It felt like a small town within the hotel.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to the tube station and opposite Edgware Rd. tube station. It made traveling around this city very easy for us. Additionally, being near all Halal restaurants was a big plus for us as a family. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with clean and bright lobby and reception areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The hotel facilities were great, with a large living area, comfortable beds, and a choice of complimentary drinks and sandwiches/cakes in the executive lounge.
