I recently stayed at Hilton Wembley for a short trip. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. The upgraded room was spacious and well-appointed, making my stay comfortable. The hotel itself was amazing, especially the rooftop bar. On top of that, they made my birthday extra special with decorations, cake, and a card. The hotel is modern, pretty, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

The air conditioning in the room malfunctioned, causing some disturbance during the night. It would have been nice to have better access to the fridge to keep drinks cool.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay in a hotel that offers great complementary food and drinks in the executive lounge. the location is unbeatable, just steps away from the arena and with easy access to public transport. the room was comfortable and spacious, and we loved the incredible view of the city skyline from our window.

The elevators were a bit slow and crowded at times, especially during events at the arena. the noise level from the common areas could be quite loud, especially in the evening.

Great location for Wembley events, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, good breakfast and dinner. Nice amenities including pool and gym.

We had a great time staying here! The location is spot on, right next to the designer outlet and a short walk away from the tube station. There are lots of restaurants around with a really lively atmosphere, yet it’s still very quiet here. The service was excellent too, with staff providing everything we needed from room service to dry cleaning. We especially enjoyed the lovely sitting area and terrace provided in our room.

Wow, what a stay! The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room and bathroom were spacious and perfect for those with physical handicaps. But the real highlight was the amazing swimming pool, sauna, and steam room – just what I needed to unwind after a day of exploring. And the location couldn't have been better with easy parking right next door. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, I loved that young children could eat for free.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
