The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Despite our room not being ready when we arrived, the lovely receptionist made sure everything was okay and even offered us a delicious supper in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, right by the quay with interesting industrial buildings. It was great to be able to walk straight out of the dining room onto the quayside.

Our room was a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. There were marks and digs on the walls, and even an old light fitting with wires hanging out above the bed.

The breakfast choices at Best Western Plus were excellent, and I loved that I could relax and enjoy my meal even after the breakfast service had finished. The midday check-out was also a great feature, giving me extra time to unwind before leaving. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring.

In terms of location, although it was a 10/15 minute walk from the city center, I appreciated the peacefulness of being away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, having the opportunity to admire the lovely canal boats from my balcony was a delightful bonus.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, with great facilities such as the pool and gym. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and local attractions like the Winter Gardens and museums. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of freshly wrapped food and tasty cooked options. The staff, especially Lily and her colleagues in reception, were outstanding and made us feel very welcome.

Our one-night stay at Best Western Plus was exceptional. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The big, fluffy towels in the bathroom were a nice touch. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, with lots of choices and everything served fresh and hot. The location, though slightly outside the city center, offered a quieter atmosphere in the evening and the hotel restaurant meant we didn't have to leave the premises for dinner. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I highly recommend this reasonably priced city centre hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was ideal for visiting family and shopping in Meadowhall. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's leisure facilities were excellent, with a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Our spacious bedroom was perfect for traveling with a baby. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted great. we were impressed with the amenities and services provided here.

Despite everything, we were disappointed that the pool facilities were monopolized by a group of males for long periods of time. This hotel lacked the feel of a good quality Hilton Hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and a lovely sitting area. The leisure spa and wellness center were a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for relaxation. The staff was always available and willing to assist with any requests, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
