This place is right in the centre of everything we wanted to see here, and the service we got was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great care and attention by everyone we met. The room itself had everything we needed, including nice little touches like tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable armchair. We were also very impressed by the quality of the food, which was delicious!

We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay here.

My partner and I stayed at Hilton for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was absolutely brilliant, with Jorvik Center and Shambles just a minute's walk away. It was even better being across from Castle Museum and Clifford's Tower. We opted for the valet parking, which was worth the £25 per night. The warm welcome from the staff, especially Michelle on reception and Christine in the bar, made our stay even more enjoyable. They were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The early check-in option with an upgraded room and tower view was a nice surprise. we had a fantastic time and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel's location was perfect - centrally located, close to the Yorvik Centre, and with carparks conveniently across the road, which were free for Blue Badge Holders like us. We loved the breakfast options, whether we wanted something cooked or lighter. The variety of places to eat nearby was a real bonus, and we were able to explore all the old city attractions easily. The valet parking, while a mixed blessing during peak check-out times, was a great convenience overall. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The bed was a bit noisy and the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. we were woken up early by noise from outside our room, disrupting our sleep.
