We hit up the hotel's entertainment lounge and had a blast with karaoke and games. Afterwards, the chill vibes in the garden were perfect for selfies and late-night talks.

Wish they had a cool dance floor or DJ for us to party the night away.

The hotel is set in amazing gardens and beautifully presented. the staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bathroom even had a big bath – perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the countryside.

I wandered around the 15th century dining room and the Orangery with its sophisticated Chesterfield sofa. The Main House rooms were luxuriously furnished with beautiful fabrics. The history and landscape surrounding the River Lune were a delight to discover.

Traffic noise from the adjacent A road was such a wonderful lullaby at night. So soothing.

The culinary adventure at Hipping Hall is a thrill, from the Sicilian pastries to local delights. the comfy rooms and picturesque surroundings make for a cozy retreat.

Despite the high-quality food, the lack of menu choices and overpriced wine list might leave you wanting more. the service at times falls short, with some staff seeming indifferent.

the location is beautiful, surrounded by rolling countryside. the 8-course dinner was quirky yet well-cooked, equal to the best restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff provided excellent service. Cons: Everything went smoothly.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The staff at Hipping Hall were absolutely lovely, making my stay as a disabled guest incredibly comfortable. The bed in my room was wonderfully comfortable and the toiletries provided by a local company called Bath House were absolutely divine. The breakfast each morning was superb, providing a delicious start to the day.

My stay at Hipping Hall felt like a true getaway, with no complaints at all.

I had no hot water the first night and couldn't take a shower or bath. Despite contacting staff, there was no response at 9:30 pm. Disappointed with the lack of care and information in the room. Lovely garden with constant road noise.

the Superior King room in the main house was not only comfortable and spacious, but also offered beautiful views of the gardens from the window seats. the 8 course dinner was a fun and quirky experience, with well-cooked dishes. the Sommelier's wine pairing was also excellent. the reception staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, making our first contact with the hotel a pleasant one. the bar and waiting staff were well trained and able to meet all of our requirements. the service was attentive and the food was gastronomic.

the staff were very pleasant and the hotel grounds were beautiful. the rooms were well proportioned, although the layout was a bit challenging. there was a settee and a place to hang clothes on the ground floor, but the bedroom and bathroom were accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. despite this, the bedroom was comfortable with a tv and the hotel overall was clean and well presented. i especially enjoyed the well stocked garden and the picturesque countryside surroundings.

Wandered around the charming 15th-century dining room, explored the ancient well in the orangery, and indulged in luxuriously furnished rooms. Lancaster Castle and Devil's Bridge are must-visits in the area.

Could've used a few extra staff members so they could cater to my every whim.
