As young families, we loved the friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. The hotel had a modern and attractive design, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, with a nearby M&S Simply Food for dinner options.

The rooms are immaculate and up to date, with super comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is wide and tasty, ensuring a great start to the day.

There were some maintenance issues with the rooms, such as missing remotes for the TV and broken curtain rails.

The bar had a nice and relaxing atmosphere, especially on Saturday nights with live music. the service provided by the staff was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very pleasant area with great local amenities nearby. The staff were rushed off their feet but still gave excellent service. They accommodated our room change request without any problem. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also appreciated the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, including a fitness center and a treatment room for massages and beauty treatments.
