I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bolton Centre for a wedding. The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, putting us on the quiet top floor. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were even allowed to check-in early. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. The breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant staff were welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of a famous pub in the area.
