I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bolton Centre for a wedding. The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, putting us on the quiet top floor. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were even allowed to check-in early. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. The breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant staff were welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of a famous pub in the area.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Bolton was fantastic! The value for money was great, with a clean and comfortable room that included complimentary treats and water upon arrival. The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff, especially Chelsea at reception, were friendly and made our check-in effortless. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bolton.

The breakfast experience could have been improved. One staff member seemed to be less attentive and there was a delay in clearing tables and setting them up for new guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near Albert Halls, which was perfect for my visit. the accessible room I stayed in was modern and spacious, providing the necessary amenities for my disability. the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with getting food from the buffet and even bringing me a coffee while I waited for my friend.

The lack of air conditioning on a hot day was uncomfortable, especially for someone with respiratory issues. the cleanliness of the hallway was also problematic, as housekeeping had left dirty linen on the floor, creating a trip hazard and an unhygienic environment.

We had a fabulous time on our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and well-groomed, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was clean and comfortable, with a really good shower that helped us relax after a long day of exploring. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the city center and shopping areas, making it convenient for us to explore and do some shopping.

There were a few minor issues that need attention. the housekeeping staff could be more meticulous in their work.
