The location was excellent, close to attractions and with beautiful views of Istanbul. The staff, especially Mehmet, provided exceptional hospitality and genuinely cared about our stay. The room with sea view was perfect, especially for my disabled mother. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant scent.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a bustling area, close to the tunnel and many popular attractions. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the room and the comfort of a clean and comfortable bed. The staff are responsive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Furthermore, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options to explore.

There is a lack of soundproofing in the hotel, which can lead to disturbances from the noise outside.

The location of the hotel was prime- close to all the must-see sites and the rooftop offered breathtaking views. the breakfast served at the nearby café was delectable and the staff there were exuded hospitality. the bed in the room was very comfortable.

The noise from outside was too loud and kept us up at night. the lack of soundproofing was a major issue.

The staff at Ring Stone Hotels Bosphorus were quick to address any issues we had during our stay. When the Jacuzzi in our room didn't work, they promptly changed our room in the evening. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was attentive, although some had difficulty with English.

While the breakfast had the same items every day, it was still good. However, after a few days, we decided to try breakfast outside the hotel.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, situated right at the start of the main street with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. We were able to easily explore the most attractive places in the area. The room we stayed in was modern, clean, and spacious, with a stunning external view of the surroundings. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including free Wi-Fi, a dining restaurant, and even a cozy TV room for leisure. this place exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Convenient location near transport and lively area with many restaurants and shops. Responsive and helpful staff, especially Emircan. Stunning sea view from room. Good breakfast, but repetitive. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere after three days.
