The check, in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and well, maintained, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. the hotel's location was convenient, being located just off the highway and close to the surrounding area.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations. the overall appearance of the hotel felt tired, with worn, out carpets and dated furnishings.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic as it's very close to the motorway junction, making it convenient for travelers like us. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the sitting area, as it added to the comfort of our stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even a picnic area with tables. The breakfast served here was delicious and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the breakfast started a bit late for our needs. However, we understand that this may vary depending on different guests' schedules.

The hotel facilities were great, including a pool area that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. The parking situation was excellent, with plenty of spaces available. The location was very convenient, just off the Orbital and close to shops and nightlife. We also found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Lucy, Jade, and Julie, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my weekend memorable. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, including the nice warm swimming pool. The location was great, right next to the M25 on the outskirts of the city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and my request for a quiet room was confirmed before my arrival.
