We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location couldn't have been better, right across the street from Cabot Circus Shopping Centre. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. They even offered to lend us a mobile phone charger when ours wasn't working. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. There were plenty of amenities provided, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a safe. We also appreciated the useful features like the 'do not disturb' and 'please clean the room' switch, as well as the night lights in the main room and bathroom.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room service was also subpar, as they failed to refill the minibar despite multiple requests. one of the elevators was out of service, causing delays.
