We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we could want easily accessible. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The rooms themselves were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed the garden furniture, allowing us to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Clean and comfortable

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Coventry, I found the room to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The highlight of my stay was the refreshing swim I had in the pool, which was included in the price. The only minor issue I encountered was the slightly noisy door, which could be easily resolved with the addition of gaskets or adjustments. Despite this, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Coventry and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I requested a late room cleaning due to my sleeping child, and they made sure it was done. The location was also convenient with plenty of dog walking areas nearby. Despite a small charge for pets, our stay with our three dogs was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its pet-friendly policy, helpful staff, and great location.

The location was convenient, with on-site parking available. There was also an Aldi supermarket just a short walk away, which was handy for grabbing snacks. The bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax with a drink. The breakfast, both cooked and continental, was really good. The cleanliness of the hotel was of a high standard. The staff, especially the reception staff, were friendly and efficient.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of a soulless retail park, but it has the advantage of having good surrounding shops, including an Aldi, Asda, and Tesco all within a few minutes walk. It's also near to the next motorway junction, which is a bonus for easy access. The rooms are well-ventilated and well-kept, with neat breakfast options available. The icing on the cake is the pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The bathroom sink in our room had a cracked appearance, which detracted from the overall feeling of cleanliness.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent location close to main motorways. The hotel's proximity to the motorways made it easy for us to travel to different destinations. The health/spa facilities were top-notch, especially the brilliant pool and jacuzzi. After a long day of trekking, relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi was a wonderful treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linen was super clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to various "out-of-town" places for dining or entertainment, such as movies and bowling. It added extra fun to our trip. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were superbly helpful and jolly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt very at home during our stay and have no complaints.

The hotel provided a great Thanksgiving experience with lovely staff and a good location. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough to have a good sleep. The hotel also offered complementary tea bags and milk that we enjoyed. We also liked the fact that there were nearby restaurants with good food and enough room to walk around after a meal.

The hotel's leisure facilities were a bit outdated and needed some maintenance. The gym had limited equipment and the swimming pool was not as clean as we expected.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mikey in the bar area who went above and beyond to cater to my needs during a business meeting. The facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and garden area, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The room and location were perfect, and the receptionist Donna was welcoming and attentive. The bar staff, Carris and the gentleman who took our order, were attentive and ensured our steak was cooked as requested. The handwritten card in the room was a nice touch, and all the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great, especially from the slim gentleman with a beard. I have already recommended this hotel to others.
