Convenient location near the M1, making it easy to travel back to Newcastle. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The food at the hotel was good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel was dog-friendly, which was a bonus for me as I was able to bring my furry friend along.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offers a nice little gym for those who want to stay active. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was a good start to the day, although it was nothing extraordinary.

The restaurant in the hotel, although not very busy, offered a decent variety of options on the menu. The reception and bar area were welcoming and easy to locate, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was good. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food to choose from.

The carpets in the corridors were a bit dirty and stained.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a weekend and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The best aspects of this hotel were definitely the parking facilities, it was very easy to park the car and it gave me peace of mind being able to keep an eye on my car. The cozy relaxing areas were also a plus, I was able to relax with enough space for me and other guests.

One of the worst aspects of this hotel was the 24 hour menu, it was not up to par and lacked variety. The communication with the staff was also disappointing, it would have been nice for them to be a bit more friendly and approachable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. we were impressed by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - from Dee on the front desk to the ladies who looked after our room, everyone was friendly and helpful. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a very comfortable king-size bed. Lastly, breakfast was included and although it was pretty average fare, it was perfect for the early risers like us. We also appreciated the option to eat breakfast with our dogs outside of the main restaurant area.

The breakfast provided was excellent, filling and delicious, and I didn't need lunch afterwards. the staff were super helpful and quickly resolved any minor issues we had during our stay. They were friendly and accommodating, which made our experience more enjoyable.

The location is not ideal if you are on foot, as it is situated in a service area near the motorway. This made it difficult to explore the area without a vehicle.

The room was well presented, with a lovely shower and excellent storage facilities. The breakfast was hot, tasty, and served with extra toast. The staff were friendly and the extra large bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet, with separate areas for the rooms and the bar/restaurant. Despite a wedding party taking place, we didn't hear any noise in our room. everything was spot on!
