Despite a minor issue with the door lock, the staff quickly resolved the situation and provided us with an alternative room. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Holiday Inn Derby/Nottingham, we encountered a small hiccup when we arrived late and discovered that our room had been given away. However, the receptionist quickly rectified the situation and arranged for us to stay at the nearby Radison hotel. The staff handled the issue professionally and with a sincere apology. Despite the inconvenience, their quick response and willingness to make things right left a positive impression on us. I would recommend this hotel for their friendly and accommodating staff.
