The hotel had spacious and attractive bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. the breakfast offered high-quality food and had the option to order custom dishes. the staff were friendly and adorable.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the town centre and next to the bus station. It's great for shopping and exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful, resolving any issues quickly. The hotel room was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall standard was very high. The restaurant looked lovely and clean, with nicely spaced out tables. We felt very welcome at the hotel, especially thanks to the pleasant and attentive reception staff. They made our experience easy and enjoyable.

Voor de prijs was dit hotel echt prima. De kamer had een mooie badkamer met minimale faciliteiten, maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast lag het hotel op een hoger niveau, wat betekende dat je geen last had van lawaai van de straat. Ook was de locatie ideaal, met het metrostation vlakbij en veel winkels en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar oke, en het feit dat daar ook gratis drankjes bij zaten was een leuke extra.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town. The breakfast selection was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful. One highlight of our stay was taking a walk along the nearby river Derwent.

Spacious and tidy room, with magnificent skyline views from the top bar/restaurant. Excellent central location, within walking distance of the train station. Staff provided efficient service and dealt with requests easily. Good value for money with a decent breakfast option.

Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and nice added touches. The air conditioning worked well and the decor was tasteful. The hotel gym on the second floor was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

The Location of Holiday Inn Derby Riverlights, An Ihg was absolutely perfect for exploring the town center. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was also great, providing a refreshing start to our day.

One specific situation that happened during our stay was when we arrived early for check-in. Although we were initially denied access to our room, an apologetic staff member informed us after a few hours of waiting that our room was actually ready.

The executive room was spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area and a nice bathroom. the location was great, and the hotel provided reduced car parking charges. Free wifi was also a plus.

The breakfast was disappointing, with undercooked and stale-tasting food. the hotel room itself could use some maintenance, with ripped wallpaper and a broken coffee table.
