Great value for money with a comfortable and clean room in the lovely old part of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and they made our dog feel right at home. The location in the beautiful village and close proximity to the Seven Sisters cliffs was a bonus.

The staff at Deans Place Hotel were exceptional. When I arrived, I was initially placed in a room that was noisy and uncomfortable. However, the receptionist, Tiziana, quickly resolved the issue by moving me to an executive room and even helped me with my bags. This level of service really made a difference in my stay.

Although the website may be slightly misleading, I appreciate that the staff was accommodating and upgraded me to a room that better suited my needs. I was pleased with their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

It was clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day of exploring.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in the rolling hills, was simply breathtaking. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and gave exceptional service in all areas. The room we stayed in had a beautiful terrace garden, which opened up to a stunning outdoor swimming pool. The decor of the room was simply beautiful, and the staff couldn't do enough to help us during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options offered by the hotel. The food was incredibly delicious and one of the best we have had in any hotel in the UK. It was clear that this hotel is run with great professionalism and attention to detail.

We stayed over Easter at a hotel in a quaint village in East Sussex. the complimentary hot cross buns and chocolate eggs were a sweet treat. the hotel's location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the town's shops and pubs. There was also a beautiful river running through the village. the best part was exploring the nearby walking trails and the stunning scenery.

The hotel could benefit from some updating. the bathroom was outdated and the shower's water pressure was weak.

The breakfast was delicious and well presented. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and well furnished. Perfect for a budget traveller.
